Shipping policy

At pawpurrfect, we strive to process and deliver all orders as efficiently as possible. Because our business operates using a dropshipping model, many of our pet grooming products and pet accessories are shipped directly from our trusted third-party suppliers. Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, supplier location, customs processing, and the shipping carrier. In most cases, orders are delivered within 7–20 business days, although some locations may experience longer delivery periods due to international shipping conditions or high order volumes. While we work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment, pawpurrfect cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Pawpurrfect cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. If an order is returned to the supplier due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local government or customs authority. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery where applicable.

If a package arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears lost in transit, customers should contact our customer support team at pawpurrfectshipping@gmail.com within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date so that we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and supplier. This shipping policy is governed by the applicable laws of Canada, including the province of Quebec, where relevant.
